Alex dwells in two worlds - as she likes to say, “a corporate hippie”. By day, she is an executive coach and leadership development practitioner at Lyft. By evening, night and weekend she is an Akashic Records reader, channel, and healer. Her calling is to heal from the heart. To help others tap into their own divine guidance so they can heal themselves and the world around them.
My Story
I’ve been a healer since birth - I just didn’t know it. I’ve always been intuitive, a “people person” and a little bit too empathetic for my own good. It should have been obvious - I come from a long line of healers on both sides of my family. My parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins are all healers - just in more of the traditional sense. They are doctors, nurses, psychologists, and therapists of all stripes. It would be a long journey until I came back to my healing roots.
The Achiever
I spent my teens and 20s dedicated to achievement. I knew in my heart that I wanted to help people but instead, I internalized the messages of society to do more, better and faster. There’s nothing wrong with achievement - it just needs to come from an authentic place. I was simply achieving for achievement’s sake.
Fast forward to my late 20s. I had burned myself out living the fast paced start-up life and things started to crack. I’d finally hit a wall, lost steam, and began to watch my ego crumble. “Who was I without achievement?” I really didn’t know.
The Spiritual Seeker
Luckily, Spirit did. In early 2017 I had my first spiritual awakening when I met my first “heart teacher”. A yoga teacher that helped me experience a greater level of self-acceptance and love than I had ever experienced. I took my first yoga teacher training and suddenly the axis of my life shifted from achievement to spiritual seeking.
Friends were shocked - where was their hard-charging, type-A careerist? For the first time in my life, I knew there was more. I began spiritual seeking with ardor. My yoga, meditation, and chanting practices blossomed and became mainstays of my spiritual practice. Simultaneously I launched my new career in leadership development and executive coaching which I still hold today.
The Healer
Everything was lovely - I loved my job, my team, and my new life as a “corporate hippie”. And then, the Akashic Records found me. The axis of my existence shifted once more. This time from spiritual seeker to healer. As I learned to access the Records, I experienced an incredible sense of coming home. Of arriving exactly where I was supposed to be.
This is where you find me today. Continuing to deepen my gifts and a humble conduit of the Akashic Records. My greatest joy is helping people tap into the unconditional well of love and healing that is the Records.
